Spirit Sail

there… just beyond the mountain’s peak
are storm clouds filled with water
ripe for the drinking of parched souls

come and gorge with me
their fluffy shape will be perfect to sleep on
dense forms capable of sheltering me

from the memories that once filled my daydreams
you can take the ground if you please
as for me… i am reconciled to spirit sail in the sky forever
