Your hands fail to catch it

Your body longs for it

Your ears hear it falling

Your eyes search for it’s translucent form

Plants grow toward the sun

And wait for relief

Deer eat grass

And run towards the stream

Water restores and maintains the body

It is nourishing

Giving ease to stained muscles

And a thirsty mouth

Let the sweet taste of fresh dew drops

Give happiness to needy souls
