A Fantasy

See your special to me like hope parasailing over oceans

That hold tales deeper than tear drops

That constantly fall from full rain clouds ready to burst

If they don’t tell something

See you like asphalt to me

Harder than stone

Black and gray like concrete

You tug at me like a dog with a rope determined to unravel threads

You eat away at my resolve and the gates I formed to keep you out

How could I ever keep you out

Cuz your like lava to me

Following in and out of burning ecstasy

Your like rolling waves of seconds, minutes and hours of unrequited love

You are the bliss that dry eyes

Been dreaming of

Too bad your just a fantasy
