I don’t want to be cold, frigid and bitter like the world. I want to shine like warm sunsets hoovering over frozen landscapes. Tomorrow isn’t promised but I want to live a life I can be proud of. Even if that means foregoing opportunistic love. I want to hold and be held while standing in my truth. In a society full of people that can’t be trusted I want to be honest. And if that means that I have to be alone… So be it!
